Compensator

The compensator was originally developed for the mold industry, but now it has a dual purpose. Not only can the Compensator put your tools on dead zero run out, it also off-sets your indexable drills in your CNC mill to achieve sizes not offered. Example: your 1” indexable drill can be off set with the compensator to 1.010, 1.015, 1.020, etc. Thus eliminating secondary boring or reaming operations.
